excellent location helpful cafe good wifi small room noisy air conditioning limited space

the location was excellent. i could easily reach many central attractions, theaters, and shops. the onsite cafe being open 24/7 was helpful. i got coffee late at night after a show. wifi worked well in the room, and i enjoyed having coffee and tea available.

the room was quite small. opening my luggage was difficult due to limited space. the air conditioning was noisy, and it made strange sounds even when turned off. it was hard to get a restful night's sleep.

the location was wonderful, right in the heart of everything. the staff were friendly. the room included a kettle and tea and coffee, a thoughtful touch i appreciated.

the room was quite small for two people. there were no complimentary slippers or toothbrush. the air conditioning unit was rather noisy and not very effective.

the location was very central. it was close to piccadilly circus. the staff maintained clean rooms. the bed was also very comfortable for me.

the air conditioning made noise. it was a consistent sound. i reported it, but the team didn't fix the issue. this did affect my stay negatively.

the polite staff explained everything at arrival, it was acceptable.

The bathroom door didn't slide. Old shower screens were present. black mould looked at the bottom. This looked unclean. the hard bed was also not good.
